LSU finished strong on vault (49.300) to salvage a 4th place finished at the 2010 SEC Gymnastics Championships in Jacksonville, Florida. The Florida Gators took 1st place with a 197.050 score while Alabama nipped Georgia for third 196.875-196.825. Auburn finished 5th while Arkansas and Kentucky came in sixth and seventh, respectively.
Susan Jackson was name SEC Gymnast of the Year marking the third Tiger to take home the award (April Burkholder, Ashleigh Clare-Kearney).
Susan Jackson won the SEC Vault title for the second time with a 9.90 score. For Susan it is her third SEC title overall.
